Oyo State Government says nobody in the leadership of Market Leaders Council in the state should parade himself or herself as ‘Iyaloja’ or ‘Babaloja’ pending the investigation and resolution into the crisis rocking the association.
The State Commissioner for Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperatives, Mr Adeniyi Adebisi stated this while addressing journalists after an extensive meeting with members of the group in his office in Ibadan.
Mr Adebisi stressed the need to find a lasting solution to the crises in the union so as to entrench a lasting peace among members of the body.
The commissioner urged the association to work in unison to have the cooperation of the state government, as the present administration would only give support to any group that embrace peace.
