Osun House of Assembly Goes on Two Weeks Recess

The Osun State House of Assembly has embarked on a two-week recess.

Chairman, House Committee on Information, Mr. Kunle Akande stated this while addressing newsmen in Osogbo.

Mr. Akande said the Assembly under the leadership of the Speaker, Mr. Timothy Owoeye has ordered the fumigation and disinfection of the House of Assembly Complex.

He said the step was to curtail the spread of the coronavirus disease within the House of Assembly Complex in compliance with WHO and the state government protocols on the containment of the virus.

Mr. Akande advised the people of the state to use the e-parliament platform in getting across to the Assembly for any information.
