Rape: Parents Urged to Teach Children Moral Values

Parents have been advised to teach their children moral values to
prevent rape and other social vices in the society.

The general evangelist of the Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide,
Prophet Hezekiah Oladeji gave the advice in an interview with Radio
Nigeria.

Prophet Oladeji, who decried the high rate of rape and moral decadence
in the country, called on mothers to create time for their children and
teach them Yoruba culture.

Prophet Oladeji also tasked religious leaders to hammer the fear of
god in youths, stressing that rape is a curse on whosoever perpetrate
such act.

The C.A.C general evangelist called on the Federal Government to enact
stiffer penalty for rapists.
