Nigeria Police, Oyo State Command has paraded nine suspects in connection with the looting that occurred in Isehin during the #EndSARS protest.
The suspects who were paraded by the Commissioner of Police in Oyo State, Mr Nwachukwu Enwonwu said the suspects have claimed they were innocent of the allegations levelled against them.
The suspects said they were not part of the people that looted during the crises as they were busy with their lawful businesses.
While parading the suspects, the Oyo State Commissioner of Police, Mr Enwonwu said many shops, and police stations were destroyed while six officers were murdered.
He said the command had re-strategised to ensure and maintain the peaceful coexistence in Oyo State.
