Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has sworn in Mr Adeniran Adeyemo as the new Head of Service for Ondo State Civil Service.

Mr Adeyemo who was this morning sworn in at the Governor’s office in Akure replaced the former Head of Service, Mr Oluwadare Aragbaye who had retired from service

Until his appointment, Mr Adeyemo who joined the state public service as an Administrative Officer 2, in 1990 was the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information and Orientation

Governor Akeredolu said Mr Adeyemo’s appointment was a testimony to his track records of years of dedication, trustworthiness, reliability and efficiency

The Governor charged Mr Adeyemo to sustain the current robust relationship among the state workforce, Labor leaders and be committed to achieving excellence with the state public service

Mr Adeyemo, the state’s fourteenth Head of Service, recognized the confidence reposed in him with a promise to continue to provide the needed information and reformation towards good governance.

The new Head of Service solicited the support of the Permanent secretaries and the entire public servants to move the state forward.
