The Federal Government says it will ensure that the Nigeria does not experience food shortage crisis this year and beyond arriving from the effect of COVID-19 pandemic on the nation’s economy, particularly Agriculture.
The Federal Government’s resolve was contained in a key note addressed delivered by the Director, Federal Department of Agriculture, Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Abuja, Hajia Karima Babangida in Osogbo, Osun State at the Potatoe Value Chain Stakeholders Meeting on the adoption and utilization of orange fleshed sweet potatoes.
