PDP Governors Hold Meeting In Ibadan

The meeting of governors elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party  PDP  is ongoing in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

As at the time of filling this report, twelve governors were already at the venue of the meeting, International   Conference Center of IITA for the meeting.

The meeting is being presided over by the chairman, PDP Governors Forum and Sokoto State Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal.

A statement by the Director General of the PDP Governors Forum, C.I.D Maduabum, said the meeting would discuss issues of national security and the fast shrinking economy.

He added that, the meeting will afford the governors the opportunity to fine-tune strategies to support the PDP as a viable and necessary alternative to All Progressives Congress, APC administration.
