Two commuters have been killed with two others injured in a road accident along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, outbound Lagos involving a Mazda bus and a truck.
According to the driver of the commercial bus involved in the accident, the vehicle was trapped in traffic when he alighted to check the cause of the gridlock, he returned to meet a truck from behind, which lost control and ran into his bus from behind.
The bodies of the victims have been deposited at the morgue in Sagamu, while the two injured victims are also on treatment at the hospital.
