Nigerians have been admonished to live a life worthy of emulation and always have the fear of God in all their dealings.
The Zonal Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church, Strong Tower Zone, Pastor Jacob Oluwaniyi stated this during a sermon at the burial service for Pa Aderemi Adedayo held at Christ Apostolic Church, Joy of Salvation Amuloko, Akanran, Ibadan.
Pastor Oluwaniyi described late Pa Adedayo as a man of integrity, a giver, who loved God wholeheartedly.
He admonished the congregation to emulate the deceased by pleasing God, as everybody would give account at the end of their earthly sojourn.
In an interview, some of the Children of the deceased said their father was caring and selfless while relatives, as well as friends, eulogized his peaceful and jovial lifestyle.
Among the dignitaries at the burial ceremony were veteran Journalists, Deputy Director, News and Current Affairs Department, Mr Tunde Abiodun, Deputy Director, New Media Department, Dr Sola Agboola, Assistant Deputy Director News and Current Affairs Department Mr Adewumi Faniran, General Manager Premier FM Alhaji Bashir Omotoso.
Highlights of the burial ceremony were special renditions by the classmates of the deceased and prayers for the children of the deceased.
Late Pa Aderemi Adedayo who died on the 26th of March, 2022 at the age of 77, is survived by wife, children and grandchildren.
