Armed robbers have reportedly attacked the headquarters of Fresh F.M Radio Station located at challenge area of Ibadan.
According to a source who does not want his name mentioned, the robbers struck in the early hours of today
The source said the armed robbers carted away phones, laptops , undisclosed amount of cash belonging to some members of staff that were on duty.
A visit to the station by our Correspondent, confirmed the incident as workers were seen standing in groups discussing the issue in total bewilderment
Radio Nigeria gathered that the robbers had told the security men at the gate that they wanted to make enquiry but on allowing them in, they fired gunshots to announce their presence.
A resident in the area, who did not disclose his identify said it was the gun shot that alerted them of the incident.
Confirming the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer, Adewale Osifeso said investigation had begun on the case.
