Gunmen Kill 4 Policemen in Anambra

Gunmen have invaded Atani Police Station in Ogbaru Local Government Area of Anambra State.

They were said to have invaded the police facility at about 1:30am on Wednesday, and immediately launched an attack.

A source said four policemen, including a female police officer, lost their lives in the shootout.

Confirming the incident, Anambra Police Public Relations Officer, Ikenga Tochukwu described it as unfortunate.

He said the Force lost four gallant men during a duel with the gunmen.
