The candidate of the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, in the Iwo federal constituency of Osun State, Chief Lukman Mudashir says the days of APC are numbered in the area.
Chief Mudashir stated this shorthly after winning the PDP primary into the Iwo, Ola-Oluwa and Ayedire federal constituency.
“the keenly contested primary we had just had will help to strengthen our party and ultimately send message to incumbent APC on our resolve to dislodge them electorally and deliver good governance to our people” declared chief mudashir.
While thanking fellow aspirants who he said put up a hard contest, Chief Mudashir noted that the outcome of the primary was a clear demonstration of democracy at work.
“i see my nomination as the hall mark of confidence reposed in me to bear the touch of development which our great party is known for. By god’s grace, we shall restore the glory of this federal constituency”.
Chief Mudashir who is also the Oluomo of Ilobu and Atunluse of Owoland said he and his team would come out with a winning formula to sack the apc in iwo federal constituency and the whole of osun state.
“i appreciate our loyal field soldiers who worked assidusly across the three local governments to ensure our victory. I say i will never let you down. I extend olive branch to those who were not part of the team, our door remains open and we are waiting to have them join the team, work together in unison to end the apc years of plundering the fortunes of iwo federal constituency”.
