Nollywood actor, Richard Mofe Damijo, RMD, is 61 today, July 6th.
The actor has shared stunning photos to celebrate his new age.
Mofe Damijo expressed his gratitude for the grace bestowed on him.
RMD noted how birthdays are a chance to look back and forward and reflect on one’s life.
For him, he sees God’s grace upon his life.
“This is 61 and counting! Super grateful, and thankful for God’s grace in my life. Birthdays are a chance to look back and forward and all I see is God’s grace upon the life of this shy Warri boy that said yes to life. Grateful for family, staff, friends and business partners, and the hands in the creative industry that have given me so much joy and opportunities to shoot my shot! It would be recalled that Richard Mofe-Damijo had opened up on fighting the spectre of death in his life since he turned 59 years old.
The actor in the first photos he posted showed that red is such a stylish color for looking hot, and in as much as many women would always go for the color to get that ” lady in red ” effect attached to their personality, RMD, in one of his post decided to show his swagger in an all-red drip,
excluding his legwear was a white sandal, as he sat majestically and full of confidence in his post which will without a doubt cause many people to marvel.
The actor’s second post decided to change the swagger he will be unleashing on his fans, as he opted for an orange-colored shirt and dark pants, giving him that hit look that many have often admired him for, as he looked absolutely elated and magnificent in his post which offers a lot to see.
The actor revealed that none of his parents lived up to 60 years and turning 60 meant that life just started for him.
According to the veteran actor, his parents were diabetic and hypertensive, and the reason he chooses to consistently go on weight loss programmes to look healthier as he does not want to walk in the path of his parents.
Richard Mofe Damijo said when he turned 59 years, it was a big deal for him considering his mother died at age 59, and his father died at 57/58, which made him question how he could break the cycle.
