The Obanla of Ilupeju Ekiti, Chief David Awe has announced that His Royal Highness, Apeju of Ilupeju Ekiti, Oba Emmanuel Oniyelu has joined his ancestor.
This was made known in a statement issued by the Oba in council.
Oba Oniyelu died yesterday at the age of 82.
Chief Awe noted that, initial traditional rites for the late monarch had commenced
The King, Oniyelu is survived by wives, children and grandchildren.
