A member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, aspiring for the House of Representatives in Ogun State has called on the party to abide by the judgment of the court by conducting a fresh primary for the party in the state.

Mr Olufemi Abiodun-Oni made the call while featuring on Paramount FM’s current affairs programme in Yoruba tagged “Gbangbalawa” in Abeokuta.

The PDP stalwart said it will be in the interest of the party to obey the court ruling stating that those intending to do otherwise have ulterior motives.

The House of Representative aspirant for the Abeokuta North, Obafemi Owode, Odeda Federal constituency seat, expressed optimism that the crisis in the party would be resolved by following extant rules and not disobeying valid court orders.
