A portion of Jamoje- Panada Road of the Ibadan-Abeokuta Expressway, collapsed on Friday, creating a death trap for motorists and other road users.
Radio Nigeria gathered that the portion of the road caved in due to lack of drainage, which caused it to be flooded by water due to erosion
According to some of the road users, it was by the grace of God that no vehicle was passing when the road caved in.
They appealed to both the Federal and State governments to come to their aid in repairing the bad portion of the expressway to avert loss of lives and vehicles.
