Sincerity and trustworthiness have been identified as some of the ways to move the nation forward.
The Amir, Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamat of Nigeria , Alhaji Abdulazeez Alatoye stated this at the 2022 National Exhibition of the Ahmadiyyah Muslim Jamat Society of Nigeria held at the University of Ibadan.
“The exhibition is one which is aimed at giving visitors a chance to see the evolution of the Ahmadiyya community globally and Nigeria in particular”
Alhaji Abdulazeez Alatoye believed that with fervent prayers, trustworthy leaders would emerge in the forth coming elections.
While speaking on one of the items exhibited, Alhaji Alatoye said contrary to people’s opinion, Jihad passed a message of peace and must not be termed forceful conversion of people to Islam.
In a lecture on the occasion, the Principal Jamia Mubasshirun of Theological College, Ilaro, Abdulazim Khawaja explained that Ahmadiyya was established to spread peace ,love , justice and sanctity of life.
The exhibition reviewed the Ahmadiyyah teachings as well as its achievements in the past 100years in Nigeria among which were in humanitarian services and in Islamic education.
