Given the emerging competitive trend in the broadcast industry, evolving new skills and strategies becomes necessary to keep abreast and stay ahead.
The Zonal Director, FRCN, Ibadan Zonal Station, Mr. Dominic Mokikan gave the charge at the staff forum at the Broadcasting House, Dugbe.
Mr. Mokikan explained that as the flagship of broadcasting in the nation, it is essential that Radio Nigeria Ibadan, Broadcasting House, Dugbe, sustain its leading role.
The Broadcasting House Ibadan helmsman, who explained that the Committee of Management was making frantic effort to ensure the station stays on air, called on members of staff to come up with suggestions and ideas to solve myriad of challenges the station is facing.
The Zonal Director while reeling out a number of successful strides by the Management under his charge, lauded members of the Committee of Management for their support, and equally charged staffers to continue to be diligent and hardworking.
Highlight of the forum was the distribution of letters of promotion to members of Staff.
