Ogun State House of Assembly has confirmed the nomination of Justice Adebisi Femi-Segun for appointment as the President of the Customary Court of Appeal in the state, saying she is fit and worthy to occupy the office. 

The confirmation followed a motion moved by the majority leader, Mr Yusuf Sheriff, seconded by the minority leader, Mr Lukman Adeleye and supported by the whole House through a voice vote.

The confirmation was done shortly after the adoption of the report on the confirmation of the nominee of the governor for appointment as the President of the Customary Court of Appeal, Ogun State.

The report was earlier presented by the Deputy Speaker, Mrs Bolanle Ajayi, while the majority leader, Mr Yusuf Sheriff moved a motion for its adoption, which was seconded by Mr Lukmon Atobatele and supported by the entire House through a unanimous voice vote.
