Happiness simply is defined as a positive expression towards something or general feelings.

There is a saying, “happiness is free”, hence, the need for every man to sustain happiness even when there is nothing to be happy for, although, it may sound ungrateful to say there is nothing to be happy for, because, being alive, staying healthy, and eating well are a few things to mention to keep one going and staying happy.

It is evident that, when one is grateful, the person will be happy, regardless of the challenges that may be facing the individual, society, or the country at large.
