It was a day of shock and history making results at the ongoing African Cup of Nations, AFCON in Morocco as Mozambique and Sudan both clinched unlikely victories on Sunday.
Mozambique defeated Gabon 3-2 to claim their first ever win at the African Cup of Nations, while Sudan beat Equatorial Guinea by a lone goal.
In other matches played, Algeria made it two wins from two games after defeating Burkina Faso 1-0 to book their place in the round of 16.
The main match of the day saw Cote d’Ivoire and Cameroon play a 1-1 draw.
The final round of the group stages kicks off on Monday as Zimbabwe tackle South Africa, Angola battle already qualified Egypt, Zambia play AFCON hosts Morocco, while Comoros lock horns with Mali.
