Delegates at the Action Peoples Party, APP, state congress in Osogbo have elected Mr Titus Odesola as Osun State Chairman and Mr Olasupo Olarewaju as Osun State Secretary through a consensus approach.
The congress also produced a new set of executives via a consensus-based electoral process.
In a statement, the new Osun State Chairman, Mr Odesola Titus, confirmed that the congress adopted consensus as the mode of election, with stakeholders endorsing nominees across various positions.
The congress also named Mr Surajudeen Tanimola as State Publicity Secretary, Mr Akintayo Israel Oluwatobi as State Youth Leader, and Mr Raji Jimoh Oladipupo as State Auditor, among other key executives.
At the local government level, the congress also chose chairmen and chairpersons.
