Be Faithful, Committed- Islamic Scholar Charges Religious Leaders

Leadership is a position of responsibility which requires commitment and faithfulness.
The Chief Imam of Odo Ona Elewe Muslim Community, Aminulai Areshingun, stated this at the installation ceremony of eight Muslim faithful held at Liberty Academy Secondary School, Ibadan.
Imam Areshingun, who explained that the installation of the eight faithful was in recognition of their service to God and humanity, charged them to see their exaltation as a call to do more.
Among those installed was a former General manager, positive FM Akure, FRCN, Alhaji Kola Animasaun as Babasale Adini of Odo ona Elewe/Academy Muslim Community
Speaking at the event, Alhaji Animashaun said he was thankful to God almighty for the privilege and honour bestowed on him.
Highlight of the occasion was the presentation of awards to outstanding faithful in the community..
Dignitaries at the occasion were veteran journalists, friends and families of the awardees
