Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has said that some of the challenges confronting the Country would be surmounted if religious leaders preach and inculcate moral values in the youth.
Governor Abiodun stated this while receiving General Supretendent, Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Kumuyi, in Abeokuta, Oke Mosan.
Governor Abiodun explained that involvement of some youths in nefarious activities was one of the problems confronting the nation, stressing that high rate of cultism, kidnapping, robbery, cyber crime, among others was as a result of get rich quick syndrome of the youths.
He also empathized that his administration would continue to initiate policies that would enhance job creation and make the State business friendly for investors.
Earlier, Pastor Kumuyi who commended Governor Abiodun for his efforts in ensuring overall development across the state, prayed for the Governor, Ogun State and Nigeria in general.
