Grand Mufti of Oyo State, Sheik Alhaji Muhammad Okumeebo is Dead.
One of the brothers to the late Grand Mufti, Imam Musbaudeen who broke the news to Radio Nigeria, said that his brother passed away during a brief illness .
Installed by the Grand Chief Imam of Oyo State, Sheik Abdulganiy Agbotomokeke as Grand Mufti of Oyo State on 20th of March, 2022, Sheik Okumeebo bade the world farewell at the age of seventy-seven
He is expected to be committed to mother earth according to Islamic rites at two o’clock this afternoon in Ogbomoso.
