It is the prayer of every human being while setting out everyday not to encounter evil, but reverse is the case earlier on Wednesday, for a commercial Motorcyclist popularly called ”Akure” as he was knocked down by a private car along Ado/Afao Ekiti road.

The accident which involved a Toyota car, Tipper and the motorcyclist occurred at a sharp bend close to Elemi River.

Eyewitnesses told Radio Nigeria that, it would take the Grace of God for the commercial Motorcyclist to survive the accident, as he sustained high degree of injuries on his head and other parts of his body before he was rushed to an undisclosed hospital.

They blamed the accident on excessive speeding on the part of the motorist who knocked down the okada rider and thereafter hit one of the Tippers packed beside the road.

The witnesses used the forum to call on concerned authorities to mandate owners of Tippers parked beside the road where the accident occurred to relocate to another place.

They noted that, the Tippers could cause another accident on the route if urgent attention was not taken.
