Governor Abiodun Appoints BBN Winner, Laycon, “Youth Ambassador”

Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has appointed Winner of the 2020 Big Brother Naija, Lockdown Edition, Lekan Agbeleshe, popularly known as Laycon as Youth Ambassador for the state. 

Governor Abiodun also presented Laycon with a three-bedroom Bungalow and a cash prize of five million Naira.

The governor who announced this while playing host to the young entertainer at Oke Mosan, Abeokuta said Laycon had demonstrated humility and intellectual prowess despite all the odds and temptations in the Big Brother House.

He commended the ex-housemate for not getting involved in scandals or immoral act while in the house and urged him to inspire the teeming youths in the state to shun vices and invest their energy on positive engagements noting that plans were on to build an entertainment village to nurture talents in the entertainment industry. 

Speaking earlier, Laycon who thanked Nigerians, particularly the people of the state for their support while he was in the Big Brother House, and promised to use the privilege given to him to impact positively on the society.

Laycon also commended Governor Abiodun for paying attention to youth empowerment and giving priority to the education sector.

Laycon Emerges Winner of The Big Brother Naija Lockdown

Olamilekan Agbelesebiona known as Laycon has emerged winner of the 2020 Big Brother Naija Lockdown edition.

The Rapper who had been the spotlight of the show from his entry into the house with his jacket which shone like a million stars, displayed a very high level of intelligence while entertaining viewers of the reality show.

While Laycon had loyal fans known as the ICONS, the calmness demonstrated while insults where hauled at him by disqualified house mate Erica further gained him support from fans and a lot of admiration.

Laycon’s whose reason for coming on the show was to showcase himself and promote his music became the first house mate in the history of the show to gain 1million followers on Instagram.

The leader of the Icons finished tops with Dorothy 1st Runner up, Nengi 2nd runner, Neo 3rd runner up and Vee the 4th Runner up.

30million cash and 55 million Naira worth of prizes including a 2 bedroom bungalow and an Innoson SUV were up for grabs in the Big Brother Naija 2020 lockdown season five 20 housemates contested for the grand prize at the end of 71 days and Laycon Emerged winner of the grand prize.
