Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi has expressed disappointment over the discovery of a ritualist den in his domain.

Oba Akanbi in a statement said it was unbelievable that Iwo residents could still kill for rituals despite his frequent anti-ritual campaigns.

He described the perpetrators as evil minded residents of Iwoland, urging security agencies to conduct a full investigation into the incident.

Oba Akanbi, who maintained that Iwo was known for morality and respect for human lives, said anyone caught dealing in human parts should be treated as criminal.

The monarch noted that security committee would be set up to liaise between the town and the security agencies to give them tip-off about suspicious ritual murdering.
