Three health workers of a private hospital in Ibadan who were kidnapped along Lagos/ Ibadan express way have been released.

A son to the Chief Medical Director of the hospital, Mr Kayode Sule, Mr Dele adigun and Mrs Opeyemi Abifarin were said to have been released yesterday night.

Radio Nigeria correspondent who was at the hospital this morning reports that Mr Kayode Sule, who sustained gunshot injury on the leg was being given medical attention.

It could not be ascertained whether the Fifty Million Naira ransom demanded by the kidnappers were paid before they were released.

Efforts to reach police to comment on the situation were not successful.

The workers were kidnapped on Tuesday evening at Ajebo axis of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State while coming from Lagos in an official car of the hospital.
