An Osogbo Magistrate court sitting in Osogbo, the Osun State capital has ordered the remand of two teenagers in Ilesha Correctional Facility for alleged destruction of a school perimeter fence. 

The accused, Nurudeen Adekunle, and Samson Adedeji were arraigned on two-count charge conduct likely to breach public peace and willful destruction of a school fence.

The prosecutor, Bankole Awoyemi said, the suspects and others now at large on or before 28 January 2020 at Gbodofon area, Osogbo in Osogbo Magisterial District did willfully and unlawfully damaged the perimeter fence of Baptist High School III. 

They pleaded not guilty to the charge pressed against them. 

The defense counsel to the two accused, Mr. Kayode Ajibola and Miss Julie Olorunfemi made an oral bail application on their behalf.

However, the magistrate, Modupe Awodele denied the bail application.

She ordered the two accused persons to be remanded in Correctional Facility Ilesha and adjourned the case to 10th February for ruling on the bail application.
