In order to beat the deadline for the submission of their application forms, applicants in the ongoing recruitment exercise in Oyo State trooped to designated zones to get their forms submitted.
Our correspondent who monitored the exercise at the Oyo State Teaching Service Commission, TESCOM Office, Secretariat, Ibadan report that some applicants were reading the directive on the format for the submission of their credentials.
Some applicants who spoke to Radio Nigeria said commended the state government for the opportunity provided them to serve in the state but appealed for transparency in the selection process.
Our correspondent also reports that officials of TESCOM were conveying completed application forms to appropriate office further processing.
Efforts to speak with the TESCOM chairman was however unsuccessful as he was not available for an interview.
