Ooni of Ile Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi has donated two motorized modular fumigators to Ogun State Government as part of efforts to flatten the curve of COVID-19 in Yorubaland and Nigeria in general
Presenting the fumigators to Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun at arcade ground, Okemosan Abeokuta Oba Adeyeye said that the machines were produced locally and donated to the state government towards ensuring regular disinfection of public places across the state.

Oba Ogunwusi, who pointed out that it was necessary for traditional rulers to support government at all levels to prevent the spread of the pandemic in the country, expressed his readiness to protect Yoruba race against the deadly virus.
Responding, Governor Dapo Abuodun, who commended the monarch for his gesture, said the step would strengthen ongoing disinfection exercise across the state.
Governor Abiodun also announced that his administration would assist 20,000 youths across the twenty local government areas of the state in its second phase of distribution of relief materials to cushion the effects of lockdown among the youths.
