Refugees from Allah-Onugwa Communities in Anambra State, taking refuge in Delta State, have appealed to the State and the Federal Government to resolve the longstanding communal dispute between neighbouring Odekpe community, which has led to the loss of lives and displacement of residents.

The Secretary to the Ata-Akakwu of Allah kingdom Mr. Uzor Anayor, stated this in neighboring Asaba, the Delta State capital, where many residents of Allah-Onugwa have fled to among other neighboring communities after their village was burnt down by members of the rival Odekpe community.

Oghenero Eghweree spoke with stakeholders in crises and files in this report for Radio Nigeria.
