A nutritionist, Miss Toyosi Ogunsanya explained that, garlic contains over 30 OrganoSulphur compounds which include aliin, allicin, amino acid and minerals.These compounds possess beneficial effects to protect against several diseases.
Miss Ogunsanya added that, garlic also has a positive effect on people’s performance throughout the day and helps at night to recharge for the next day.
