Fayemi Tests Positive For Covid-19

Ekiti State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi has tested positive for Coronavirus.

Governor Fayemi who made this known via his Twitter handle, @kfayemi, said his third round COVID-19 test came back positive when he received the result on Tuesday.

He noted that he is generally okay and presently on self-isolation while receiving treatment from the government medical team.

With this development, Governor Fayemi has delegated critical tasks to the Deputy Governor, Otunba Bisi Egbeyemi, adding that he would continue the routine duty from home.
