NOA Tasks Nigerians on Respect for National Symbols
The National Orientation Agency, NOA, Oyo State wants Nigerians to accord all the country’s national symbols the respect they deserve as sign of patriotism.
NOA State Director, Mrs Dolapo Dosumu gave the charge while speaking on this year’s National Ordinance Day with the theme importance of national identity to national security and citizens’ welfare
Speaking on the importance of the day, the NOA director emphasised the need for Nigerians to have positive change of attitude towards the country’s anthem, currency, flag, passport and other symbols to project the country’s image positively.
Mrs Dosunmu congratulated Nigerians as they celebrate the day with an appeal to stay safe, imbibe a healthy living, show love to one another and pray for the peace and unity of Nigeria.
