Some residents of Ibadan have demanded a reversal of exorbitant bills by Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company.
The residents who came to Radio Nigeria Ibadan in their hundreds carried various placards with inscriptions such as say ‘No to outrageous bill’, ‘IBDEC we reject your killing bill’ and ‘we need prepaid meter’.
Speaking through their representative Mr. Goke Ojo noted that the estimated billing by IBDEC was exhorbitant hence causing economic hardship for consumers.
Others urged federal government to quickly attend to their demands
