Suspected Kidnapper Burnt To Death In Ibadan

A middle-aged man who was suspected to be a kidnapper was burnt on Monday around Lanihun in Oke-Ado Area of Ibadan in Oyo State.

The man was caught while trying to lure away a five-year-old boy who was sent on an errand by his mum.

The man was accosted by passers-by when the boy began screaming and his crying mother who was looking for him found him with the man.

The suspected kidnapper quickly handed over the boy to his mother before he was searched by some of the residents and money and some charms were found on him.

The items found on him prompted the residents who grabbed him to tag him a kidnapper and he was set ablaze.
