Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC oyo state command has paraded five suspected who specialized in vandalizing telecommunications cable in ibadan.
NSCDC Commandant in oyo state, mr Iskilu Akinsanya stated this while parading the suspects at its headquarters, agodi ibadan.
He said the suspects were arrested along Bodija area of Ibadan when they were cutting the cables and later took the officers to their hide out where they normally keep their loots.
Mr Akinsanya stated further that the corps would do all it could to ensure that the issue of vandalism become a thing of the past.
The suspects gang leader, Segun Ajibade denied his involvement in the crime accused them of amd begged civil defense to tender justice with mercy.
