Media professionals, residents of Osun state and fans of the late ace presenter of Ijesa dialectical program, Hinpele o, on Gold fm chief Olatunbosun Abe have described his death as a colossal to the broadcast industry.
The iconic Master of ceremony and veteran dramatist who bade the world good bye world good bye during a brief illness was one of the pioneer independent presenters of the station.
The General Manager of God Fm , Mr Adedamola Tinubu said Hinpele O’s death is one too many because Qof his clout in the industry.
Mourning the death of the Otun Amuludun of Iloko Ijesa, the vice chairman , Iwude Ijesa planning committee, chief Afolabi Igbaroola in his comment on the social media, said he would Ijesa people would miss Otunba Abe who he described as a lover of Iand who did his best to develop the kingdom.
Also reacting to his death on his Facebook wall , a friend to the deceased, Mr Temitayo Omole stated that the “no nonsense Hinpele O” remained an apostle of peace , unity and development of Ijesaland until death.
Speaking with Gold fm, one of the children, Kehinde Olatunbosun said people have been thronging their ido Ijesa residence to sign a condolence register opened for his father
Aged 70 years,, Hinpele o died this morning at Osun State University Hospital , former LAUTECH Hospital Osogbo.
