Ogun State government has commenced palliative road works on deplorable Sango-Ota-Joju Road as part of efforts to bring succour to residents and motorists passing through the area.

A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Kunle Somorin says the palliative road works became imperative towards alleviating the sufferings of the Motorists and

Residents of the area.

It maintains that the road construction was simply to bring succour and make the road passable pending the completion of the reconstruction of the road.

The statement also says that the exercise would run concurrently with the ongoing rehabilitation of Sango Ota-Idiroko Road.

Palliative my foot, the previous govr did what he could to alleviate the suffering of the pple by embarking on road construction, but, this present govr refused to continue from where Amosu stopped, instead he embarked on elephant projects that has no meaning to d ordinary pple. Go to Agbado Crossing down to Ijoko and see how pple suffer.
There is no good road that link Ogun State with other neighbouring state especially Lagos. This is a shame
