Remember the less privileged this season – Makinde’s Wife

As Christmas connotes giving, philanthropists and good-spirited Nigerians have been urged to remember the less privileged in the society by sharing some basic amenities with them during the Christmas celebration.

The wife of the governor of Oyo state, Mrs Tamunominini Makinde gave the advice at the end of the year party organized for children in the state.

Mrs Makinde noted that no matter how little the gift might be, it would definitely have met a need.

The wife of the governor who called on Nigerians to shun selfish attitude reiterated the need to celebrate with moderation.

Highlight of the event was presentation of gifts by Father Christmas to the children drawn from all the local governments of Oyo state.
