Loyalty is the hallmark of conscientious personnel in any organization.
The Zonal Director, Radio Nigeria Ibadan Zonal Station, Mrs Bolatito Joseph made the submission during a meeting between the management of the station and In-House Unions comprising Nigeria Union Of Journalists, NUJ, Radio Television and Theatre Workers Union, RATTAWU, and the Senior Staff Association, SSA.
Mrs Joseph, who explained that the deliberation was part of the steps to position the station for better service, said dedication and diligence from all and sundry would make it attainable.
She reiterated her commitment to promoting the welfare of staff and providing necessary tools, stressing that it was incumbent on members of staff to show commitment, be diligent and proactive.
Responding, officers of the unions expressed appreciation to the management for the meeting, pointing out that the outcome would significantly help in moving operations of the station forward.
