Unknown gunmen have killed a middle-aged man at the Orogun express area of Ojoo in Ibadan.
He was shot in the head.
Our correspondent observed that the incident might have happened last night as the blood of the victim had coagulated, while his motorcycle key was left beside him.
Some passersby who spoke on the condition of anonymity said the man could have been shot while struggling with the armed men.
They explained that robbery along the highway was a common phenomenon in recent times.
Sympathizers were seen commenting on the scene while calling on security operatives to beef up security in the area.
