Nigerians have been advised to acquire spiritual education in addition to secular education for a better society.

The Provost, College of Health Sciences, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, the Reverend Babatope Kolawole gave the advice at the 2022 Graduation Ceremony of the New Covenant Bible College, NCBC, held in Ibadan.

The Reverend Kolawole who is also an alumnus of the NCBC noted that spiritual education was needed by humans to gain eternal life. 

Earlier, the Deputy General-Overseer of the New Covenant Church, the Reverend Olufemi Oyelade urged the graduating students to make a change in the world through their acquired knowledge.

In a remark, the provost of the NCBC, the Reverend Akinwale Johnson congratulated the graduands for the great feat despite their busy schedules.

Some of the graduands said they achieved the feat through God’s grace and determination.

Our correspondent reports that about fifty students from across the southwest states of Nigeria graduated as part of the 2022 Class of the New Covenant Bible College.
