Explore benefits in mushroom – Farmers

Mushroom has immense health  benefits as well as potential for job creation.

President,  Pacesetter Mushroom Association, Mrs Stella Oladipo made the revelation during the road walk from Bodija to Aleshinloye Market in Ibadan.

Mrs Oladipo who led the road walk, explained that the excercise was aimed at creating more awareness on the benefits of mushroom.

She explained that mushroom decreases the risk of cancer, lower high blood pressure among others.

“We want people to know the health benefits of mushroom,  mushroom is better than meat. And I will want them to know that they can job creation from it.”

Mrs Oladipo added that the unemployed in the country could key into mushroom business to make a living.
