Pa Anthony Makinde Laid to Rest

Life is transient, hence the need for Christians to spend their time profitably serving God.

Priest in Charge, St Anne’s Catholic Church, Ogbere, The Rev. Father Stephen Balogun gave the admonition at the funeral mass of Pa Anthony Makinde.

The Rev. Father Balogun described Pa Makinde as a humble man who lived his life in service of God, always working for the good of the church.

He advised Christians to be godly, urging them to be contented with what they have. 

Pa Makinde retired from the services of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria and died at the age of 73
