Billionaire businessman and Founder of Glo, Dr. Mike Adenuga Jnr and 109 others are to receive Awards at the 110th Founders Day anniversary Dinner of Ibadan Grammar School Old Students Association, IGSOSA , holding at the World Lillie’s hotel Apata Ibadan on Saturday April 29 by 5pm.

Apart from Dr. Mike Adenuga Jnr, other Recipients of the Lifetime Service Achievement Awards include former Nigeria’s Representative at the UNESCO Professor Mike Omolewa, Alake of Egbaland Oba Adedotun Gbadebo Aremu, one time Chief Judge of Oyo state, Justice Badejoko Adeniji, former Head of the Civil Service of the federation Professor Oladapo Afolabi and Dr. Goodie Ibru, Chairman Board of Trustees of the school.

Other Categories of award are Distinguished Alumni Merit Award, Outstanding service award, Principal/Teachers award and Class recognition award.

A statement by the National President IGSOSA Mr. Dimeji Mako and the National Publicity and Social Secretary Akinyinka Akintola explains that the epoch making event will also feature the launch of the 110 plus ten Centenary book packaged by the association.

Ibadan Grammar School Molete which has produced eminent Nigerians among whom were late renowned Urban planner Prof. Akin Mabogunje, The Publisher of The Guardian newspaper Mr. Alex Ibru, former Senate President Senator Ken Nnamani, one time Presidential adviser on Power, late Mr. Foluseke Somolu was established on March 31, 1913 by the First Anglican Bishop of Ibadan Alexander Akinyele.
