Oyo State Amalgamated Commercial Tricycles, Motorcycles Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria, (ACOMORON) has appealed to the incoming 10th Oyo State House of Assembly to formulate law that will recognize the union as the sole administrator of motorcycle riders in the state 

ACOMORAN State Chairman, Solomon Olugbode who made the appeal while speaking with House of Assembly Correspondents in Ibadan said the bill when enacted in Oyo state would become a model for other states in the country.

Mr Olugbogbe said in its attempt to sanitize commercial motorcycle operation in Oyo state, the association was ready to partner with the state assembly at ensuring criminally minded people do not hide under the guise of Okada riding

While appreciating governor Makinde for his decision to regulate the activities of Okada riders in the state, Mr Olugbode promised the association’s commitment to be law abiding.
