Christians have been admonished to never lose hope over any challenge of life, rather they should take the advantage to be closer to God in fervent prayers, for victory.

Pastor Segun Coker gave the charge at a thanksgiving service to commemorate the twentieth Anniversary of Radio Nigeria Paramount FM, held at the Alleluia Christian Chapel, Kemta/Idi-Aba Abeokuta, Ogun State,

In the sermon entitled “Famine”, Pastor Coker pointed out that life challenges were strategies by God to reposition certain situations at a particular time, urging faithful to be steadfast with God and remain calm in times of troubles and tribulations, as there would always be light at the end of a tunnel.

He encouraged the faithful to be prudent in their finances, and make good use of every opportunity that may come their ways during the struggle of life.

Pastor Coker also reminded Nigerians that the current economic challenge in the Country was a global phenomenon that would soon be surmounted, and advised them against taking decisions that would impact negatively on their future and unborn generations.

In a remark, the General Manager, Paramount FM Abeokuta, Mr Akinyinka Akintola who led the management and staff to the thanksgiving service, expressed joy and gratitude to God for his mercy and goodness over the station.

The thanksgiving service featured  special prayers for Paramount FM Abeokuta, by the Setman of the church, Pastor Adeniyi Daniel.
